喷粉精炼剂 HGAJ-2
喷粉精炼剂主要是用喷射装置，以隋性（氮气或氩气）为载体，将粉状熔剂均匀送入熔体内部，实现对熔体的净化处理。兼有气体精炼和熔剂精炼的优点。
产品特点：
操作简单方便，减轻工人劳动强度，熔剂的利用率高，有效地对熔体实现了除渣、除气。
用法及工艺参数：
在精炼温度范围内（700-740℃）将定量的溶剂装入喷射装置的储料罐中盖好，先通氮气（氮气压力为1.2-1.8kg/mm2），然后打开精炼罐下面的开关，待精炼铁管有精炼剂喷出时，关键所在铁管插入铝液内作水平运动，插入深度应是铁管端头在铝液深度的2/3处为宜，前后左右移动铁管数次，不要碰到炉壁和炉底，以防堵管，在精炼时间（6-20T为8-15分钟）内，将定量熔剂喷完，然后把铁管从铝液中抽出，关闭氮气。
注意事项：
通过开启精炼罐底部开关的大小来控制送粉的快慢，在精炼时间内尽量有熔剂喷出。
通过控制氮气压力来控制铝液的翻腾高度，在不堵的前提下，翻腾度小些为好，最好在15cm以下。
用量：0.1-0
.4%，具体的需求量取决于夹杂物的多少适当增减用量，车间加入量要从平时实践中获得
包装：2KG/袋，20kg 或30kg/箱；10kg/袋，30kg/箱
储存：通风干燥，开袋后必须立即使用，未用完需密封。
保质期：从生产之日起，12个月，所有开袋产品必须4小时内用完。如包装完好，即使超过12个月，只要没有结块和受潮，不会影响使用效果。
Refining agent dusting HGAJ-2
This product is mainly used spray devices to inert (nitrogen or argon) as the carrier ,the powder melt into the flux evenly inside the implementation of melt purification treatment ,both gas refining and refining the advantages of flux.
Product features:
Operation is simple and convenient to reduce the labor intensity of workers ,the utilization of high-flux ,the effective implementation of the deslagging melt ,with the exception of gas purification .
Usage and the process parameters:

Note:

2.by controlling the nitrogen pressure to control the height of molten aluminum of the somersault , in the non-blocking under the premise of smaller degree somersault for good ,at 15 cm below the best .
Dosage :
0.1-0.4%, demand depends on the specific inclusion of the number of appropriate changes in dosage , the amount of plant obtained from the normal practice.
Packaging and storage:
2kg/bag ,20kg or 30kg /box;10kg/bag,30kg/box.ventilation drying, the bags immediately after use, does not run out to be sealed.
Shelf-life
From the production date of 12 months . Product must be opened to all BAG run out within four hours. Such as packaging intact , even if more than 12 months ,as long as there is no caking and moisture will not affect the results.
