无钠除渣剂
作用：
本熔剂适用于轿车铝轮毂、活塞A380、A386高镁合金等铝合金锭、纯铝及锶变质、磷变质的铝合金的精炼清渣处理。由于该熔剂不含钠成份，因此避免或减少了铝及铝合金表面产生白斑点的现象，提高了产品的表面质量。
使用范围：
适用于轿车铝轮毂、活塞A380、A386高镁合金等铝合金锭、纯铝及锶变质、磷变质的铝合金的精炼清渣处理。
产品特点：

熔剂熔点较低：在700-710℃就能使用；
2、
熔剂的清渣效果好，熔渣呈干性，与铝液分离性好，且松散，易扒除。

熔剂在操作处理时基本无烟、无味、无尘，操作方便，如果使用专用喷粉机喷射处理，效果更好；
4、
本熔剂对熔体进行精炼、除气、除渣、提高锶磷变质效果。
使用方法：
将本熔剂均匀撒与铝液表面上，并充分搅动，使其熔剂与铝液充分接触，至熔渣上浮到铝液面上。将本熔剂倒入喷粉机筒内，然后按喷粉机使用工艺进行操作，待熔剂全部喷完后，扒去熔渣，然后进行下道工序。
工艺参数：

处理温度：700-730℃；
2、
推荐用量：0.2-0.5%。
每袋2kg，每箱20kg。应放于干燥处，严防受潮，若受潮，使用前必须先烘干。
