除镁剂HGAM
性能特点：
本品用于去除铝液中过量的镁含量；
本品除镁效果良好，除镁能力：本品5~6kg（小熔炉取上限）除镁约1kg。
反应后渣铝分离性好，易扒除。
使用事项：
小坩埚炉的用法：到温后，扒去浮渣，将所需本品撒于液面，用钟罩将其压至炉底约10cm，移向炉内各处。反应完毕后，静置5-10分钟，扒渣。
大熔炉的用法：将所需本品装入精炼筐内，置于铝液深处，前后左右水平移动，移出筐子，静置5-10分钟，扒渣。也可气载使用，如用氮气喷吹装置将其喷入铝液。
用量按下式计算：（合金原有镁含量%-所需降到的镁含量%）×熔铝量×（5-6）
加入温度：730-760℃。
包装贮存：
本产品为粉状物，内包装为塑料袋密封，每袋2kg，外包装为纸板箱，每箱30kg；储存期为一年。

Properties and uses:

The use of items:
1 a small crucible furnace use : after the warm , pa go dross , will be required to let go of the goods at the surface , cover with pressure to deep pressure into the molten aluminum(about 10㎝ form the bottom), move throughout the furnace .Reaction after standing 25-30 minutes , picking java.
2 An inert gas injection method ,the use of injection devices will be required for the goods evenly injected into the internal melt , stirring evenly,standing 25-30 minutes , picking java.
3 the amount of the goods determined using the following equation(original magnesium alloy content % -will be required to mg%)*the volume of molten aluminum*(3-4)or (5-6).
4 add temperature:
(1)1#with the exception of mannesium:680-720℃
(2)2#in addition to magnesium:730-760℃
Packaging and storage :
2kg/bag ,10㎏/bag ,20kg or 30kg /box or client request; Stored in a cool dry , well-ventilated place to prevent damp.
Shelf-life
From the production date of 12 months . Product must be opened to all BAG run out within four hours. Such as packaging intact , even if more than 12 months ,as long as there is no caking and moisture will not affect the results.
