多功能精炼剂 HGAJ-1

用途：
    多功能喷粉精炼剂具有覆盖、除渣、除气、变质、细化几种功效。
    铝水杂质，只需一次投加，操作简单，无黑色烟雾，无刺激气味，无剧烈反应，与其它铝熔剂比较除渣效果更好，减轻了工人的劳动强度，改善工作环境，提高工作效率。
    由于本品具有变质作用，所以应用后能改善铝制品的组织结构，物理机械性能，增强产品抗拉强度，稳定延伸率，提高表面光亮及产品合格率。

应用范围：
    适用于铝及铝合金、板棒、管杆、压铸件、箔、带的拉伸、挤压、压延等深加工原材料的熔炼。

用量、用法：
    用量0.2-0.3%，用户可根据铝水杂质适当增减溶剂量。
    铝水温度≥700℃时，按使用熔剂总量的40%作覆盖剂撒向铝水表面，60%作为精炼剂放入药勺伸进铝水搅拌2-3分钟，然后将铝渣集中炉口关上炉门过一会儿扒渣。
    本产品为粉状，可配合氮气使用效果更佳，采用吹氮装置，将粉状熔剂吹入铝液深处，使用产生反应，这样气泡上浮过程中及附氢原子，达到除气、除渣、晶粒细化的目的。

注意事项：本产品共分两种
    1、其中已配入六氯乙烷成份即HGL-1（1）
    2、其中无配入六氯乙烷成份即HGL-1（2）
    请各用户合理选择使用:

氮气装置及使用方法如下：
    将所需数量的精炼剂加入精炼罐内盖好，打开精炼罐开关，通氮气，待精炼铁管有精炼剂喷出时，即可将之插入炉内并在炉内各处缓慢均匀移动数次，罐内粉剂全部喷尽时，先把精炼管从铝液中抽出，然后关闭氮气。

Performance characteristics:
This product has covered deslagging , with the exception of gas ,changed the effectiveness of thinning and can purify the liquid aluminum .
Aluminum impurities in the water ,just add a vote ,simple operation ,the water reflected in the process of aluminumfree radical reaction ,no black smoke ,no irritating smell ,compared with other aluminum deslagging flux ,with the exception of the effect of gas well to reduce the labor of workers strength ,to improve the working environment ,improve work efficiency.

Applications
Applied to aluminum and aluminum alloy, sheet bar, rod tube, die castings, foil, with the stretching, squeezing, rolling deep processing of raw materials such as melting , except for the high-magnesium alloy.
Dosage, usage:
The amount of 0.15-0.4%,the actual amount of water users in accordance with aluminum melting impurities to the appropriate dose of change.
Aluminum water temperature =700℃ using nitrogen blowing device ,the powder flux blown deep molten aluminum ,the use of the reaction ,so that the process of adsorption of air bubbles floating hydrogen atoms to the exception of gas , slag removal ,the purpose of grain refinement
Note: this product is divided into two

have been allocated into one of six components that chloroethane:HGAJ-1(1);
Not add one of six components that cholroethane:HGAJ-1(2);

Packaging and storage
2kg/bag ,20kg or 30kg /box;10kg/bag,30kg/cartons.ventilation drying, the bags immediately after use does not run out to be sealed.
Shelf-life

From the production date of 12 months . Product must be opened to all BAG run out within four hours. Such as packaging intact , even if more than 12 months ,as long as there is no caking and moisture will not affect the results.
